Wolves are enemies in Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel. Wolves live in packs, but when encountered, they are only found in groups of two or three. They will only attack when the player gets too close. Before attacking, Wolves growl angrily, warning the player to maintain their distance. If provoked, they will attack with an interesting strategy: they run all together toward the player.
